Panta Rei

Panta Rei is a blog about technology and science, computers and software development, economy and politics. "Panta rei" (πάντα ρει) means everything flows, or everything is constantly changing, and it summarizes the philosophy of Heraclitus (535 - 475 B.C.). In the context of this blog, it reflects the constant changes of our civilization and our scientific progress.
